✨ Located on the Upper Ground floor of Manor 2 (Twin Lakes Vineyard Residences), this newly-listed studio is designed for ultimate comfort with a warm, earthy aesthetic.
✨ The air-conditioned room features a twin-sized bed with pull-out storage underneath that is perfect for keeping your luggage, bags, or extra clothes neatly tucked away. For dining or remote work, there’s a space-saving wooden wall-mounted table that easily folds down when not in use.
Enjoy FREE access to streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, and HBO Max on the TV, or stay connected with the prepaid Wi-Fi. The cozy kitchene is ideal for preparing meals and keeping drinks cold in the fridge, while the bathroom comes with an in-unit washing machine and drying rack.

Location & Essentials Tip: The entrance road from the main highway leading down to the condo is quite steep. If you don't have a personal vehicle, we highly recommend buying all your groceries and essentials before heading down to the property for your convenience as there is no official condo shuttle service.
Surrounding Area: As the community is newly turned over, you may notice ongoing construction nearby for pre-selling projects. Rest assured, activities are not disruptive and there is no work on weekends.
