The cabin is only a few miles from Lake Texoma, Texoma's West Bay Casino and within minutes of Choctaw Casino.

Cozy Oaks Lake Cabin is situated in a private and secure gated lake neighborhood, waterfront large pond, with amazing views teeming with wildlife. We are just a few miles from Lake Texoma, which is known for great recreational fun and world class fishing. Our cabin is updated and decorated to provide a welcoming experience. The bedroom(s) provide ample size, coziness and comfortable space to unwind. Each room has comfortable mattresses and bedding for a wonderful night sleep. Smart TVs in each room, including in the game room.

The game room includes a few arcade machines, foosball, dart board, multiple board games, corn hole, yard connect four, a poker set and more for all ages to play and enjoy. Enjoy a friendly game of basketball on the hoop out front. Sit around the large fire-pit (firewood provided) situated near the water, while taking in the Amazing Views.
Relax in the Private Hot Tub that overlooks the water and/or congregate on the back patio around the outdoor kitchen w/ a gas grill, to cook-up a family dinner while the kids play.
** Since we are in the woods and back up to a lake, our WIFI doesn't really support Work From Home type access. It works fine for just normal personal use.

Cozy Oaks is located in a property owners association. The association requires a release of liability signed before check in. You will receive a link in your welcome message to sign.
Guest access
The entire cabin and lake property is accessible to you, except the shed in the backyard and the storage cabinet located in the game room. Being in a secure gated community the gate code will be sent to guests prior to your stay along with the door access code to the home.
Other things to note
At Cozy Oaks Lake Cabin toiletries, towels, luxury linens, and extra blankets are provided. Full service kitchen with pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, cutting board, cutlery, pizza sheet, cookie sheet, regular drip coffee pot and Keurig with coffee pods, tea, sugar, sweet n low, creamer is provided. A blender, 6 qt crock pot, wine glasses, small deep fryer, rice cooker, cooking utensils and mixing bowls, toaster and microwave.
Full service laundry with washer and dryer, washer pods, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board, laundry basket(s). Dishwasher with detergent pods are provided.
Outdoor propane grill provided with grilling utensils (propane provided). Outdoor entertainment to include large sitting area on back patio w/ hot tub.
Arcade for all ages to Play, that includes Darts, corn hole boards, Arcade Games, Board Games, Poker Set and card table.
A large fire pit with a few wood bundles provided.
A paddle boat is also available on site to enjoy the private lake.
Neighborhood parks, tennis/paddle ball courts and additional fishing ponds are for our guest(s) use.
Other Indoor entertainment includes a DVD player and selection of movies for all ages. Smart TV's in living room, master bedroom, 2nd Bedroom and in the Game Room.
