🆔 Condo management requires photos of ALL guests' valid IDs for verification and access to the premises to ensure a safe and secure environment.

🏠 The unit is exclusively for our valued guests; condo amenities are shared.
Other things to note
‼️ Smoking & vaping are STRICTLY prohibited inside the unit (including balcony). Please note that violation of this policy will result in a penalty (to cover for deep cleaning fees).
🐶🐱 We cannot accommodate pets because of our tight cleaning schedule and commitment to providing a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.
🛏️ The unit is ideal for 4 persons, but the beds, floor mattress, & sofa bed can accommodate up to 6 people max (medium-size built).
📸 While we strive to maintain consistency, the bedding colors may vary and may not always match those shown in the photographs.
⚡️For 28 days and beyond stay, the monthly electricity bill is capped at ₱7,000. Any excess will be covered by guest.
