The space
Please read before you make the booking.
1. We open rooms according to the number of guests. We need the accurate number of guests to open accurate number of rooms. There'll be different price for different number of guests and rooms. Book the exact people for your stay.
4 people: 2 double/twin room (private bathroom)
6 people: 3 double/twin room (private bathroom)
7-8people: 3 double/twin rooms (private bathroom)+ 1~2 single room with 1 shared bathroom
9-10 people: 3 double/twin rooms (private bathroom) + 1 Quad bunkbed room (private bathroom)
11-14people: 3 double/twin rooms (private bathroom) + 1 Quad bunkbed room (private bathroom) + 1~4 sinlge room with 1 shared bathroom
If you have 6 ppl but need more than 3 rooms, there'll be additional fee for extra room. Need special room plan for your group please inquiry first! :)
2. MAXIMUM: 14 adults. Free of charge of 2 babies under 5 yo (no additional bed). Kids 5 yo will be count as 1 adult. We provide bath towels according to the booking. Can't accept group more than 12 people.
3. We located in the middle between Hualien railway station and the city downtown. This is a residential area but near a busy alley and there's an air force base in Hualien city so there might be a bit of jet noise. Due to the space limit this house have no space for BBQ or Karaoke. NO PARTY PLZ.
4. Not including: breakfast, daily housekeeping. No pets allowed. No luggage storage service. Check-in time 4pm/ Check-out time 12PM. No early check-in or late check-out.
5. No private car parking!!!! There are free public parking lot near our house. The parking info will send to you with the check-in directions.
6. Preventing damage of furniture and the walls, please only park the bikes outside. (We have street shelter. Please bring your bike lock.)

- Check-in time 4pm/ Check-out time 12PM. No early check-in or late check-out.

－No lift, rooms are from 2nd floor to 4th floor
－Wi-fi, TV (digital cable),Netflix is available, but a personal account is required.
－Kitchen is good for cooking! ( Induction stove, small oven, microwave, electric pot, tableware, basic seasoning, water dispenser)
－Bathroom: Towels, hair dryers, shampoo, body gel
－Baby chair x1, Baby bathtub x1 (please require)
－Entrance: private house you won't share front door with others
－No private parking. There are free public parking lot near our house. The parking info will send to you with the check-in directions.
－Bicycles cannot park inside to avoiding damage of furniture. If you are coming by bikes please bring your locks and park outside at the street shelter of our house.

We know there might be questions before your stay at here. Feel free to ask me about the house before book.
Other things to note
1. This is a residential area, must lower voice down after 22:00, especially NO noise on the balcony or outside the house. No party please. We don't want to bother our neighbors. :)
2. Changing the number of guests please let me know at least 1 day before. If there are plus people need to stay there will be additional fee.
3. Self check-in! No staff upon check-in so we can't offer pillow/quilt/towels for sudden plus guest. No housekeeping service or new towels during the stay.
4. No early check-in or luggage storage service. No pets allowed. Only stairs. No BBQ/KTV.
5. Due to limited space and avoiding damage of furniture please leave your bicycle outside and bring your own lock.
6. Check-out late, severe damage or stain might cause extra fine.
7. NO visitors allowed. Extra people staying without permission will be ask to leave. (Please don't invite any visitors.)
8. You will have the whole house as a private house. If there are some travleres mistaken go to the house, just tell them they are at the wrong door. Don't need to let them go inside. And sorry to bother. :)
9. For any illegal activities will report to police and ask the guests to leave without refund.
10. Any damage or loss of any belonging of our place caused by the guests, we retain the right to request compensation.
11. For the safety consideration, please turn off air-con, lights, appliance switch when you go out.
