Cozy Coxy offers you a trendy flat with sea view, near beach and dunes. An ideal base to enjoy the Belgian west coast with friends and family. Tastefully decorated, child-friendly and practical with custom-made furniture and cheerful colours. The mix of authentic and new materials make this place unique and 'cozy'. The spacious living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are ideal for a group up to 8 people. The beds and mattresses are top quality and come with bed and bath linen.

The space
In the Easter vacations and summer vacations there is only weekly rental, each time from weekend to weekend.
The flat has a cosy living room with an open kitchen and a beautiful sea view. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed of 180x200cm and an adjoining bathroom. 1 bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a third with 2 bunk beds. There is a bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin. The toilet is a separate room. There is a fitted kitchen with cooking utensils. There is a Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules. Also tea, sugar herbs, dishwashing utensils and kitchen towels are available.
The flat is located on the seafront and is therefore ideal for a beach holiday. In the basement we provide a handy cart with beach equipment (comfortable seats, parasol, beach toys). So you are one minute on the beach with a minimum of fuss.
The flat has WIFI, Netflix and is very child friendly. High chair and cot can be provided on request. There is a step stool, play corner, toys, reading books and some board games. Also beach material for the kids is available.

Guest access
With the coastal tram you can reach every seaside resort. The coastal tram takes you in 20 minutes to the entrance of Plopsaland. Diksmuide (20 km), Poperinge (and the hilly country) (30 km) and Ypres (35 km) are nice day trips.
There is paid parking around the building but in busy periods it is often difficult to find a parking space. For EUR 10 per day and EUR 50 per week you can rent a pitch.

Koksijde has the widest beach of the Belgian coast, an extra asset in times of corona. No reservation is required for a visit to the beach. You can also disappear into the dunes.
A nice beach walk of fifteen minutes along the dunes brings you to Oostduinkerke where you have an outdoor pool on the seawall. The shrimp fishermen here are also an attraction.
The flat is ideally located for exploring the hinterland. There are numerous beautiful cycling routes in the area. The nature reserves of the Dunepanne and the Westhoek are located a few kilometres away. The historical city of Veurne is at 5 kilometres. The Delvaux Museum in Koksijde and the Fisheries Museum in Oostduinkerke (also fun for children) are worth a visit. There is also a cinema with 6 halls in Koksijde.
We take extra coronation measures by disinfecting between the different guests in addition to a thorough cleaning.
There is a minimum stay of 7 nights in the months July and August, from weekend to weekend.For other periods, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
