This 2-bed, 2-bath condo is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking a cozy retreat. Just a short walk from the ski lift, you'll have access to thrilling winter sports, while summer invites mountain biking and scenic hikes at nearby Angel Fire Resort. The condo features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy open living area, and a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for unwinding after your adventures. With its unbeatable location and comfortable amenities, you might find it hard to leave!

The space
The living room has a sectional sofa, fireplace, TV with a DVD player, DVDs and is stocked with a variety of board games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a home-cooked meal.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The bedside lamps are touch enabled and also have USB plugs for your convenience.

The guest bedroom has a full size bottom bunk and twin size top bunk.

Extra pillows and blankets are available.

Fans and heaters are stored in the bedroom closets.

Guest access
With the exception of a small owner's closet, you have access to the entire condo, ski closet and patio. There are two outdoor chairs stored in the ski closet that you are welcome to use as well.

Other things to note
It can be common for homes in the area to experience a sulfur smell if the water hasn't cycled through the water heater recently. Running the hot water in the bathtub for about 10 minutes can help flush out the water and eliminate the odor.

Like most homes in the ski valley, we do not have air conditioning. With the cooler mountain evenings you can take advantage of natural ventilation. We've also provided fans to help make the indoor environment comfortable.
