Glamping tiny home located in the finger lakes region, nestled between Keuka & Canandaigua Lakes. The tiny home is located in a forest setting (hike in) area on our property, with access and views of a 10 acre pond. We provide a canoe and a row boat for use on the pond. Limited kitchen....outdoor cooking only, a propane grill is provided. This is more of an off grid site and we encourage you to enjoy the outdoor surroundings & wildlife. (Note the pond is shared with owners and other guests).

The space
Tiny home open concept in the woods, hike in hike out trail. 1 queen bed in loft area with a ladder to climb, 1 day bed. Limited kitchen (mini fridge & kettle), outdoor cooking only, propane grill provided. Cell phone coverage is limited, & no WiFi. We strongly recommend hiking boots/snow boots (in winter) as well as a head lamp or flashlight during evening hours. There is approximately a 200 yard trail to access the tiny home, that is not plowed or shoveled. We strongly recommend SUV or 4 wheel drive vehicles during the winter months. If you plan to have a campfire, we do not provide firewood, so please be sure to bring your own. Also please note our stairs although very few to step up into the tiny house do not have railings. This camp isn’t suitable for children.

Guest access
All space inside and woods adjacent to pond. We include use of our canoes.

Other things to note
You will be surrounded by nature and the sounds of frogs, coyotes and owls at night. Also lots of fireflies, will not disappoint. There is also an outdoor fire pit and two Adirondack chairs. The hot water tank is small and efficient for quick camp style showers. It’s also run off a well that is higher in natural minerals. Other things to note: the property is quite large, and shared with other guests. There is one cabin we rent to ongoing tenants and we are working on building another Airbnb on the other side of the pond.
