Cozy up along the internationally known South Holston River. Our minimalistic cabin is perfect for a budget friendly getaway 100 ft. from clear river water, and space to relax.

Includes WiFi, heat/air, complimentary coffee and tea. Our cabin is within walking distance to hikes, a boat ramp, fishing, and a working farm.

Restaurants, shops, museums, bars, Birthplace of Country Music, Bristol Motor Speedway, and Cherokee National Forest are all within 15 minutes.

Guest access
The entire cabin and surrounding area is available for you. Access to the river is private and runs across the cabin and to the left (as you face the river), all the way to the end of the farm property (also includes a great flat area perfect for picnics).

Other things to note
Renovated cozy upstairs sleeping area including two double beds, a single bed and pull out trundle for your fourth guest. And WIFI ⭐️

There is a small road in between the cabin and river. Traffic is minimal and your access to the water is on private property.

Any wire fences around the property and farm are electric. Do not touch them. Unfortunately due to this cabin’s location on a working livestock farm, we cannot allow any type of pet or service animal due to the potential of harm.

An outdoor charcoal grill is available, but please bring your own charcoal and lighters.

The cabin includes a packaged thermal a/c and heating system. This is the same kind you’d find in a hotel room. We have fans and heaters, upon request.
