Large game room with pool table, ping pong, putting green, weights, and large tv with couch. Would make a great rental for contractors or a small family. This unit could be rented separately or in addition to the other large family home on the property.

3 bedrooms, one with its own full private bathroom, another full bathroom off the dining area. Open concept living room/dining room and full kitchen. Half bathroom off of game room, washer and dryer available as well.

Unit includes one car garage, and game room access.

Other things to note
This large property houses multiple air bnb rentals. While separate, they are within site of each other. Please be considerate of others during later evening/early morning hours and keep loud outside noise to a minimum during those times.

Also, please clean up after your pets in the yard.
