The space
Camper sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen master bedroom and a bunk bed room for two, complete with color-changing string lights — a cozy favorite for kids or anyone who loves a bit of nighttime glow.
The living space is bright and cozy, with panoramic windows, a dining nook and a comfy sofa.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, utensils, pots and pans — everything you need to cook a warm meal after a day outdoors. Coffee and tea are provided.
The camper is equipped with thermostat-controlled heat and air conditioning, along with a shower with hot water. Bathroom essentials and towels are provided.
For evenings, there’s a working RV sound system connected to the TV with AUX and Bluetooth options so you can play your own music or enjoy a movie night.
Outside you’ll find a gas grill (free to use) and a fire pit for cozy nights under the stars (firewood not provided, please bring your own).
From the backyard you can glimpse the chair lifts just beyond the trees — only a few steps away, ready for your next mountain adventure.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the camper and private outdoor area, including the deck, picnic table, grill and fire pit. Just a few steps away, you can head straight up the mountain for a hike or quick ski run.
You’re also welcome to enjoy the community amenities:

* Outdoor playground for kids
* Pickleball court
Other things to note
The RV hot water heater is smaller, so showers last about 10–15 minutes before reheating (it reheats fairly quickly).
The property is on well water. While the main water may sometimes have a natural odor, there are inline filters throughout and the dedicated carbon-filtered tap in the kitchen provides clean, odor-free water safe for drinking and cooking.
