Guests have access to the entire home and property, except for the exterior shed. Feel free to explore the grounds during your stay.
Other things to note
Please keep in mind that we run on septic. Please do not flush ANYTHING that's not toilet paper.
Please note: The cottage is located in a rural setting surrounded by working farms. You will see bugs and you will see wildlife. Deer, rabbits, and various other wildlife are known to frequent the property. You may even spot cows grazing along the fence line. At the very least, you will hear them mooing in the distance! We treat regularly for bugs and do our best to minimize their presence, but they are a fact of life in rural/farm settings such as this.
In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed a Security Camera on the exterior of the cottage. We respect your privacy - no living spaces are monitored.

Safety Features: Your safety is our top priority. Our home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit.
House Rules: Treat our home like you would a close friend or family member’s. No smoking or vaping inside and no loud parties.
Check-In/Out Details: Easy self-check-in with a digital smart lock. Check in after 4 PM and check out by 11 AM. Before leaving, please take out your garbage, wash the dishes if you have time, and lock the doors.
