The space
****Le Cottage****
For rent during the months of July and August from MONDAY TO MONDAY
*Indoor pool, heated in winter, shared at certain times of the week with sports clubs (schedule on the front door)
*Outdoor aquatic complex open from April 5 to October 31.
This bright, renovated 25 m² cottage, facing south, offers an airy living room, 1 living room with a 140 x 190 convertible sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140 x 190 double bed (new bedding 2025), and a bathroom with a shower stall and toilet.
The sleeping area of the living room can be separated from the kitchen by a blackout curtain.
The sofa bed turns into a double bed in 3 seconds, guaranteed! The TV is movable to either side, which makes it possible to watch TV either in the living room or in the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a mini freezer, 2 glass ceramic hobs, a Senseo coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a dishwasher.
*The cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
THE VIEW FROM THE COTTAGE IS SOOTHING: forest, lake... the place is quiet, while remaining close to the lively center of the Village under the Pines. The 27 m2 terrace, facing south, is separated from the neighboring terrace by a fence on one side and a plant hedge on the other.

GOOD TO KNOW: Some shops in the village, such as bars, restaurants and the minimart, are not necessarily open at the beginning and end of the season, depending on the number of visitors (early April/late September-October)

By taking the bike path, you can reach the village of Léon and its lake 3 km away, the beach of Moliets 5 km away, or venture further to discover the surroundings: Vieux-Boucau, Soustons or the magnificent Courant d'Huchet reserve...
