Centrally located, 10 minute walk/5 minute drive to our main street, shopping, cafes/restaurants and a 5 minute drive to the iconic Blue Lake. Fully self contained. A beautiful light filled modern space with personalised welcoming touches to make you feel at home.

It's fully self contained, offering modern conveniences.
It has two bedrooms, queen bed with quality linen and storage in both rooms.
A full kitchen with oven and cooktop.
Open floor plan - kitchen/dining/living.
Separate laundry, toilet and bathroom. Bathroom has free standing generous shower and full size bath.
Laundry has washing machine and two clothes lines located outside, (one undercover on the patio and the other in the back yard)
Front porch and spacious patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Grass and garden beds in front and back of the property.
Private driveway for 2 vehicles and free street parking.
