🌟 A charming stone cottage, a garden, and a stream that flows through the trees toward the old mill lovingly lived in. This is the perfect place for a couple or two friends seeking authenticity, beauty, and moments to share.
Located in the picturesque Lot region, just a short distance from Périgord, the cottage welcomes you with its cozy and bright atmosphere. An invitation to explore castles and the fairytale landscapes of southwestern France.

The space
🏡 Gîte du Moulin de Maître Pierre is a small 40 m² yellow-stone cottage on two levels:
⸰ 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 Dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower.
⸰ 𝗨𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 Air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, topper, feather and memory foam pillows.

🛎️ Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and free on-site parking.

🌳 In the garden, the little stream that feeds the mill takes centre stage — a gentle soundtrack of nature that makes the atmosphere truly unique. Stretch out on the lawn, read in the shade of the trees, and breathe in the peace and quiet. The garden is shared with us, your hosts: we live in the mill directly opposite the cottage, along with our animals—two dogs, two cats, and six hens. We’re around but always discreet, happy to share local tips or a friendly chat if you feel like it.

Guest access
🅿️ The cottage has a private entrance through its own gate. Upon arrival, we will be there to personally welcome you and hand over the keys.

Other things to note
🤝 We live in the mill just across from the cottage, always available if you need anything.

🚭 Smoking is not allowed indoors. An ashtray is available outside.

📍We would like to point out that we do NOT provide breakfast or catering service.

🐾 We also live with a large dog, a medium-sized dog, two cats, and six chickens.

🌱 Please treat the cottage, the surrounding areas, the animals, and nature with care and respect. Every action, even the smallest, helps protect the harmony of this special place and preserve its integrity.
