A bright and beautiful cottage lake house for you to enjoy. A short walk will take you to the lake where you can relax and enjoy the views. Plus, less than a mile down the road is the public Barcelona Beach, which also includes a marina and boat launch.

You will be in the heart of wine country with 20+ wineries nearby.

The space
The Cute & Cozy Cottage is located in Westfield, NY. Beautifully updated 2 bedrooms, 1 bath home sleeps 6 (maximum capacity). The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a full closet, chest of drawers, mirrors and plenty of beautiful, natural light! The 2nd bedroom is loft-style upstairs with three twin beds and a rollout cot should you have a 6th guest.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully supplied with a Keurig, traditional coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, utensils, cooking implements, pots, pans, etc.

Relax in the spacious living area on the new, super comfy couch. Lay back in the plush chair and put up your feet on the ottoman as you watch your favorite shows or movies on the large, new Smart Streaming TV (Hulu, Netflix, Peacock, Disney+ and more) with your own account/login credentials. Wi-Fi service is included.

The backyard is the perfect place to relax or play during the day. Then, once the sun sets, enjoy a cold drink fireside in the spacious fire pit area (firewood can be picked up at roadside stands or bring your own).

A charcoal grill is provided, just bring your own charcoal. All linens, towels and beach towels are included. (linen service is provided with cleaning fee).

The cottage includes quiet room air conditioners during the summer season for maximum comfort and enjoyment.

Public beach access is less than a mile down the road with parking. There is beach access from our Forest Park neighborhood. Please refer to the map on the kitchen’s information board.

Guest access
The cottage is located on the Lake Erie Seaway Trail and in the heart of Lake Erie Wine Country (20+ wineries within a few miles). You’ll be just one mile from the historic Barcelona Light House and public Barcelona Beach and a few minutes from dining in downtown Westfield. Westfield has museums, farmers' markets, restaurants, antique shops, art galleries, a grocery store and more. Just 20 minutes away is Chautauqua Lake and the Chautauqua Institute. Bemus Point is a fun spot with great lakeside restaurants and shops.

Plus, just 40 minutes away is Presque Isle, home to beautiful public beaches, Waldameer Water Park & Waldameer Amusement Park (very family friendly). And for those up for a day-trip, head to Niagara Falls just an hour and one-half away. You can enjoy activities like hiking, kayaking, biking, horseback riding, lake glass hunting (personal favorite), sunbathing, boating, fishing, and so much more. The area is known for it's bass and walleye for the anglers. You're also just steps from the world-renowned Chautauqua Creek for fly fisherman.
