Come and discover our beautiful region by staying in the peace and quiet of our cottage, in the heart of our lively village! Côté Marais offers a relaxing space in a setting of absolute charm with direct views of the Marais, close to the sea, La Rochelle and its airport, Puy du Fou, boat rentals, etc.
Enjoy a private terrace in the sun (with barbecue) and access to the pool (in summer) as well as the wooded park of more than 4000 m²

The space
The accommodation of approximately 40 m² includes a spacious double bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a desk. The bedroom is separated from the kitchen/living room area which includes an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with mini-freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.). The living room has a TV with DTT channels and a pull-out sofa that can be converted into two single beds or a double bed.
Finally, the bathroom which includes a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity unit and heated towel rail.

Guest access
You have free access to the garden of more than 3000 m² and can fully enjoy the children's games (swing, trampoline, hammock, etc.)
The pool is shared with guests of the second cottage as well as the owners.
