The accommodation, upstairs from the house, consists of a bedroom with a queen size double bed and views of the large garden, a children's room with two bunk beds 90cm wide with garden views.
A new bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A fully equipped kitchen ( oven, microwave, toaster, citrus press, nespresso and classic coffee machine, dishwasher, range hood, gas and induction hob, pans, pots and all utensils for cooking well, freezer, refrigerator...)
A living and dining room with old hardwood floors. A large sofa with a large TV. A large table so you can eat up to 8 people quietly. High ceilings and very large windows for more light and ventilation in the summer. The house is in downtown Saint-Laurent du Var but has the particularity of being very quiet with a green setting of five hundred square meters.
The garden is located on the south side of the house ( the entrance on the north side).
Accuracy: The property is not on one level, as for most houses of that time.
The garden is rural to prioritize nature and biodiversity: table, chairs will be present to rest easy and quiet. Plancha, table and sunbeds too.
