Within 48 hours of your arrival date you will be sent directions as well as an access code for your stay.

House Rules
Guest may be required to sign a security deposit agreement with a $500 refundable security deposit.
Families will love the treehouse feel and forested surroundings but for safety reasons, kids must be 13 years or older to stay.
1. Use caution with red wine and anything that stains—stone walls, oak floors and luxury fabrics are incredibly delicate and very expensive/challenging to clean. Major stains of any kind will be charged according to the cost of professional cleaning.
2. There is a driveway and front yard space available for Guest parking which fits a maximum of 2 vehicles. Under no circumstance should there be more than 2 vehicles in the driveway at any given time, as the driveway is shared with another listing.
3. There should not be more people at the house than you have specified in your reservation without first contacting the host and getting approval. Failure to disclose could result in immediate termination of reservation and you will be asked to leave.
4. NO SMOKING or Vaping Allowed inside or outside of the property. This includes deck and courtyard areas.
5. No Parties Allowed.
6. Strict No Pet Policy. $350 (per pet) will be charged for bringing pets of any kind indoors, and you will be evicted.
7. For the fireplace in the Costwold House only burn the provided firelogs. You can buy additional ones close by at The Farmhouse market, or at Ingles in Clayton. Do not add additional firewood or paper. For use of the fire pit at Rabun House please only burn firewood- no plastics or paper. Firewood can be purchased also at the Farmhouse market or Home Depot.
You will see greeted at some time during your stay by the locally famous “wet nose gang”- these friendly pups are several of the neighbors that reside here full time and they will come by to say hello from time to time. The are well loved and cared for and have a happy home right down the lane and are put indoors at dark.
