To authorize entry at the gatehouse, it is mandatory to send the following information at least 24 hours before check-in:
• 🪪 Photo of each guest's ID card
• 🚗 License plate numbers of the vehicles that will be entering
This information is required by the citadel management. If it is not sent on time, it will not be possible to authorize check-in.

Important note:
Between December and March, during the rainy season, there may be bugs or insects. Although the house is fumigated regularly, this can happen because it is located in a natural area.
By booking, you agree to the rules of coexistence for the property and the citadel, and you commit to complying with them throughout your stay. The guest making the reservation is responsible for any non-compliance ❗️

• ❌ Excessive noise or loudness
• ❌ Unregistered visitors
• ❌ Activities that disturb the peace of the citadel or the neighbors
Violating these rules, including making excessive noise or holding unauthorized events, may result in:
• ⚠️ Minimum penalty of $500 USD
• Immediate termination of the stay
• Partial or full withholding of the booking amount
• Additional penalties from the residential complex
• Immediate eviction by Security and/or the National Police, regardless of the time of day.
The information provided by the guest will be used exclusively for security, access control, and guest registration purposes, in compliance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
When making the reservation, the guest authorizes the processing of this data, which will be handled in accordance with strict confidentiality criteria and used solely for the purposes indicated.
Once the stay is over, the information will be retained for a maximum period of 5 calendar days, after which it will be securely deleted.
Guest access
Direct beach access from the Cdla. 🌊 You can drive or walk down to the sand.
❗️Booking changes:
Due to accommodation policies, confirmed reservations can only be modified within two (2) weeks of the confirmation date.
In addition, any change request must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to check-in.
After this period, no modifications will be accepted.
Please make sure the selected dates are correct before confirming your reservation.
Other things to note
❌ If you are looking for a party house or excessive noise, this place is not right for you.
In case of non-compliance, security and National Police may proceed with immediate eviction regardless of time.
