If you’d like to use the swimming pool, there’s an additional fee of ₱150 per person on regular days and ₱300 per person on holidays (non-refundable). Please let me know in advance so I can leave a one-time-use pool ticket coupon for you. If you wish to swim again during your stay or on multiple days, you’ll need to purchase another ticket.
Pool hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Note: Proper swimming attire is required.
For parking, paid slots are available near the Alfamart area (subject to availability).

The unit is conveniently located just a **10-minute walk** from stores for quick snacks and essentials. It's also close to shopping malls, hospitals, and schools, ensuring you're never far from what you need.
