Satori is a two-floor cabin very suitable for 3 persons, it has a twin bed on the base floor and a single bed above with a mosquito net and security box.

We offer a unique experience in nature, in the heart of Mazunte 300 meters from the beach in a little mangrove within the center of Mazunte.
Our cabins are handmade, with wood, bamboo, and Palma, not totally isolated.
The space
Casa Corazón is an ecological space where you will have the opportunity to experience life inside the Mazunteño mangrove where you live daily with the Oaxacan nature.
Our construction is lifted on a wooden pile-dwelling on top of a mangrove.
The cabins are hand-made using bamboo, wood, and other eco-friendly materials.
This is a natural place, we are in the middle of a mangrove and our main focus is a conservation project. Please consider that we are not a fancy hotel :D
The cabins are not totally isolated, there is a view to the mangrove protected with mosquito net, which gives a feeling of being in the nature but not totally open.
Here live the Mazuntes Crabs, in danger of disappearing in the area, whose name the Mazunteña community receives in honor of this species.
You will wake up in the mornings with the song of different birds, the moon will be your companion at night and in the distance, you will hear the waves of the sea.
Experiencing Casa Corazón for us means reconnecting with what we lose daily within the city. We want each guest to understand the direct impact we have as a species on the planet, here you will learn to live in harmony with a natural ecosystem.

The cabins are made of wood, bamboo and palm. Most of our construction has been carried and maintained with biological materials. The type of construction and design has been done around the mangrove in such a way that you can appreciate the wildlife without impacting directly on it.
All the cabins have mosquito nets, fan,s and electrical outlets.
The cabins are not totally isolated so there is an open view protected with mosquito net to the mangrove, which gives a special touch to the place.
The kitchen is open and shared, you can prepare your food immersed in nature.
Our bathrooms are ecological, dry toilets, with the waste we remove every day we work on reusable compost for our land.
We want to emphasize that Mazunte's climate is tropical so we don't have hot water in the shower, I'm sorry.
Each cabin has an individual space with hammocks, and you can also share space in common with the rest of the Casa Corazón community.
Casa Corazón has 5 cabins connected to each other so we ask for patience and respect for the community with noise and discomfort.

Please consider that this is a very natural place, it is very comfortable and most consider it very special and wonderful, but it is not a luxurious place.
We would like to share that it is important to be aware of the amount of water you consume daily, the water in Mazunte is scarce so we need you to take care of it.
In the establishment, we have potable drinking water for everyone.
Very important, bring your mosquito repellent, we live in a mangrove and we are surrounded by insects like mosquitos.
Be respectful of the nature that surrounds you and with the members of the Casa Corazón and Mazunte community, you will find a place where you can live in harmony.
