The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything needed for meals at home, including cookware, bakeware, utensils, and pantry basics like salt, pepper, and select spices. Start your mornings at the coffee bar with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, grinder, and electric kettle, plus complimentary starter coffee, cream, and sugar. The dining area is designed for gathering, with a table that seats six and expands to eight, plus additional seating at the island - all with mountain views as your backdrop.

A true sanctuary, this main-level suite features a plush king mattress with sweeping mountain views right from bed. Step through the French doors onto the screened deck - French doors open to the screened deck, where morning coffee and sunset views naturally become part of the routine.
The ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity and shower/tub combo and is stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. A dresser and closet provide ample storage, while a stackable washer and dryer add everyday convenience. A Roku TV, dedicated workspace, and cozy reading nook complete this private retreat designed for rest and relaxation.
★ BEDROOM 2: LOWER-LEVEL KING BEDROOM
A king bedroom with a full-size futon - ideal for guests traveling with kids who want to be nearby. This private space offers added separation while staying close to the game and bunk retreat. French doors open directly to the back deck and fire pit area, bringing in natural light and easy outdoor access. The room includes a dresser, closet, and Roku Smart TV. A shared lower-level bathroom is just steps away for added convenience.
★ BEDROOM 3: GAME & BUNK RETREAT
This lower-level retreat is a favorite for guests of all ages—perfect for rainy afternoons or unwinding after a day in the mountains. A second living area with a sectional sofa and large Roku TV creates a comfortable lounge for movie nights, game days, and group hangouts.

Located between the lower-level king bedroom and game and bunk retreat, this full bathroom features a shower/tub combo and is stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries, and a hair dryer.
Full size washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level for guest use.
★ FAMILY FRIENDLY
The dedicated game and bunk room is a kid's paradise, and the inclusion of a Pack 'n Play (located in the upstairs king suite closet, please bring your own fitted sheet), highchair, children’s cups, plates, and utensils, and baby gate makes traveling with little ones much easier.
The two-level layout works well for families, offering space to spread out between the main living areas and the dedicated lower-level game and bunk retreat for play and downtime.
🐾 Pet-Friendly Stay
Dogs are welcome! A $50 non-refundable fee per dog will be automatically included when you add them to your reservation. No breed restrictions. Enjoy nearby trails in the Aska Adventure Area and easy outings to Blue Ridge—a dog-friendly mountain town with plenty of spots that are great for dogs.

Guest access
Check-in is made easy with a smart lock; your custom access code will be sent before arrival. You have access to the entire cabin and all amenities, except for a locked owner’s closet on the lower level.
Other things to note
• The indoor gas fireplace is available seasonally from late September through late April for safety. It is not operable outside this window.
• The home has two exterior security cameras (front porch and driveway) used only to monitor entry and parking areas. No interior or private guest spaces are recorded.
• Access is fully paved and easy year-round—no 4WD or AWD required. The private driveway offers ample parking.
• You may occasionally see local wildlife such as deer, turkeys, bears, and native insects. Please store food indoors or in the provided outdoor bins and avoid leaving items outside unattended.
• Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fire pit but is available for purchase locally.
• Propane is provided for the grill on the deck. Charcoal is not supplied for the second grill, please bring your own if you plan to use it.
