There is something simply fantastic about Prince Edward County’s west end, that thing that tantalizes and then surprisingly fulfills all of one's senses with delightful satisfaction. Discover, if you will, the County as a sanctuary for life and, especially, the creative spirit.

Cool Blue is surprisingly satisfying, especially now that we have cozied the mattress for everyone that might have mentioned that it be too hard, no more.

The space
Central to Hillier wine and beer country, just a few minutes to North Beach, Consecon or Wellington, and many other local places of interest, find Cool Blue, a four seasons subterranean one bedroom couples’ retreat. Bright and tranquil, self-contained suite, with its own private entrance, built in our modern single family home. On the way in [or out], take a peek into Art.Wagon, a tiny gallery showcasing artwork made on site.

This private apartment rental in the County is on a treeless acre of land, about 100 metres from County Road 33 and both of our neighbours. Nothing can be heard but for crickets, frog calls and the occasional coyote party during the night.

Loads of natural light in the bright and airy kitchen and living room, through double doors to the beautiful bedroom, fit for a Queen. With NE facing windows you’ll get direct sun rays at sunrise and sunset in the summer, diffuse light in autumn, winter and spring, making it a great place to find solitude for concentration and/or meditation.

Parking for two vehicles is available in front of the house. Cool Blue’s private entrance is around the back of the house and down a few stairs. Please note that the walking path from the parking spot to your private entrance is not paved and the lawn can be a tiny bit bumpy, but there are motion sensor solar lights to follow after dark [Beware: no street lights in the County, nights without moonlight can be very dark].

Cool Blue has an approved Short Term Accommodation license for a single bedroom [two persons] apartment under the by-laws of The Corporation of the County of Prince Edward.

Wifi is available, however, it comes via antenna on the roof, while you are in a rural part of the County, 100% constant bandwidth cannot be guaranteed.
