The space
THE SPACE:
Our spacious, 2,600 sq ft home accommodates up to 10 adults across four private bedrooms.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (4 Bedrooms).
Entry-Level Master Suite: King-size bed, private bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and TV.
Upper Level (2 Bedrooms): One room with a Queen bed and one room with two Double beds. These share a full bathroom.
Lower-Level Family Suite: Features a Queen bed and two Twin beds, plus a full bath with a shower. Perfect for kids! Includes a TV/DVR and access to a selection of children's videos.
LIVING AND GATHERING
Family Room: Comfortable seating, Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace (provides substantial heat in winter).
Outdoor Deck: Step out onto the deck to enjoy spectacular sunsets and 35-mile mountain views. Features a fixed picnic table for al fresco dining.
SEASONAL BEAUTY: Witness mountain laurel in the spring, cool summers, incredible fall colors, or a rainbow hovering over the valley's mist.
KITCHEN AND SUPPLIES: The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware and place settings for ten. We supply all linens, towels, and paper products—pack light!

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE: The main floor is accessible with a small step from the driveway/porch (4" and 6" steps) and wide doorways.

Note on Personal Items: A small part of the master closet and a basement storage room are reserved for the owners. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

While we will not be on the property during your stay, we are readily available via phone or message to answer any questions or provide assistance to ensure you have a five-star experience.
The owners have many personal items and use their home occasionally throughout the year, so please respect their personal belongings

Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the
home. Please bring your personal logins for streaming services as we do not provide them.
Accessibility: The main floor is wheelchair accessible, with wide doorways. Please note there is a small step from the driveway to the porch (4 inches) and from the porch into the house (6 inches).
Supplies: We provide all linens, towels, and starter paper products so you can pack light. A Super Walmart is only 1.4 miles away for any other needs.
Yard: A large, relatively flat front yard is great for playing with the kids.
