Guest access
The home is accessed by a smart lock on the front door. You will receive a entry code prior to arrival.

A part of master bedroom closet is reserved for the owners. There is a storage room in the basement that is locked. Otherwise, the house is to be enjoyed by all.

The owners have many personal items and use their home occasionally throughout the year, so please respect our personal belongings.

Other things to note
A large, relatively flat front yard is great for playing with the kids.

Although it seems that you're a million miles away from civilization, a Super Walmart is only 1.4 miles away.

Some would say the road up the mountain is steep and narrow, but it is paved and maintained year-round. During winter weather events, a four-wheel drive vehicle or tire chains may be helpful. It makes for an extraordinary entry to the Continental Divide Retreat.
