The space
This is one of the most luxurious homes in all of Himachal. The combination of tasteful interiors and a gorgeous view makes this stay absolutely bucket list-worthy!

Bedrooms:
- There is 1 bedroom and 1 attic.
- It is equipped with a heater, Wi-Fi, electric blankets and a TV.
- The bedroom has a king-sized bed and the attic has a single bed.
- Free WiFi is available in all bedrooms
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms
Bathrooms:
- The property has 1 private bathroom
- There is 1 common washroom in the recreation area containing the Jacuzzi, Massage chair, Steam and Sauna.
- There are blow heaters in all washrooms
- All private bathrooms have modern fixtures and are equipped with geysers for 24/7 hot water supply
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided in all bathrooms
KITCHEN
- Guests have access to the kitchen to prepare elaborate meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. Groceries will be charged as per actuals with an additional mandatory 25% service charge.
-The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, and a water purifier.
- Crockery is available for 20 people.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
FOOD
- Guests can choose to eat out or order-in from nearby restaurants. The menus for the same are present at the property. The caretaker can provide assistance to the guests for the same. There’s an alfresco cafe n pub within the premises with a reasonably priced menu that the guest may choose to Eder in from.
Guest access
Guests have access to the studio, outdoor area and the common areas such as the Jacuzzi, Gym, Games Room, Steam, Sauna and the Glass Gazebo.
Guests do not have access to the adjacent Chalet, which is given out separately to guests.
Other things to note
ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can avail the spa services, that include the steam, sauna, massage chairs and jacuzzi, at an additional cost . Upto 4 people can be accommodated at a time, with prior booking. Kindly note that it takes 4 hours to prepare and heat the spa and a maximum of two sessions can be booked in a day.
- The private dining areas and the gazebos can be accessed at an additional cost for events. The staff will only assist the guests, and is not responsible for any eventuality or the quality, quantity or type of service provided by any entity that the guest chooses to outsource.
- A barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Games such as carrom, foosball, mini table tennis are available at the property.
- A music system is also available at the property.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per day.
- A service charge will be levied for basic housekeeping services on a per day basis. The charges are 750.
- Prices are subject to availability and peak season rates.
Guest Experience:
- The jacuzzi and steam room is available at an additional cost
- A barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost. Advance notice of over 12 hours is required.
- Games such as carrom, foosball n pool are available at the property

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There’s construction activity ongoing in the village and neighbourhood during daytime and while the villagers are mostly cooperative; this could be disturbing for those extremely sensitive to sound or movement of labour. Most guests from the cities don’t take much notice.
- In case of a power outage, a generator is available at most earthly hours.
- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.
- There are dogs at the property in an area designated to them
- WiFi is available, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
- Any breakages, damage to property or its contents will be charged as per actuals, along with an additional inconvenience charge, as may deem fit.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- Pet dogs and cats are not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas only. Smoking indoors is not permitted.
- Jacuzzi can be used upto 10 PM.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
