Enjoy a stylish experience in the heart of Condado, SJ. This beautiful condo is located at Ashford Ave with the beach at just a block and walking distance to the best restaurants and night life entretaiment in Condado. The apt is equiped with everything you will need to have an amazing stay. Walking distance to hotels, casinos, restaurants/bars, grocery store, hospital and parks. Just a 12 min drive to the airport and 8 min to Old SJ. Beach and hospital are just 1 block away. Parking on premises

The space
The unit is located on the 8th floor of the building. It is a 650sqft studio wtih a half wall that separates the bed from the living room. full kithcen, bathroom and balcony. It has a mini split a/c unit that covers the entire apt. Dinnig table for two and a 50 inch smart tv.

Other things to note
Outdoor noise can be loud during night hours, we have a sound machine in the bedroom to minimize any outdoor noise. Power outages are common in Puerto Rico due to the weak power grid after hurricane Maria. It doesn't happen all the time but it can. If it happens during your stay we won’t be able to make you refund because it is something out of our control, unless we agree to. Usually they don't last for more than 2 hours. This building has a full power generator for all the apartments and common areas.

Where you’ll be

San Juan, Puerto Rico

The condo is located in the vibrant area of condado, next to the beach, hotels, casinos, nightlife, and high end and restaurants. Ashford hospital is next to the building. You also will find many fast foods and inexpensive dining options within walking distance or delivery (Uber Eats, UVA!). You can stroll on the sidewalks in the area until fairly late at night, since is a tourist area and the local police has a significant presence throughout.

Mall of San Juan and Plaza Las Americas Mall, are just 15 minutes away by car. El Yunque Rain Forest is 45 minutes away drive, Old San Juan is 8 minutes, Isla Verde 6 minutes and closest beach is just a block away at the back of the building.
