The space
Pink Cottage is a grade B listed building offering luxury accommodation for up to 5 guests. Uniquely & tastefully renovated/extended within the existing ruins of a second grade 2 listed building.
Located in the heart of a quiet rural village, Pink Cottage is the perfect base to explore the beautiful south west Scotland.
Predominantly single storey (with the exception of the second bedroom - Twin beds - located at the front of the property).
The main bedroom is particularly striking with King size bed, ensuite, vaulted ceilings & bi fold doors; leading to a private patio with outside wood burner & main garden.
Underfloor heating.
(Main bedroom is located at the rear of the property)
Subject to bookings, where applicable; the 5th bed is located within the main bedroom, by means of a single pull out bed.

Bathroom - Located off the main kitchen, this luxury fully fitted bathroom boasts a modern & powerful electric shower, toilet & basin.
The Snug @ No33 - The ultimate bonus room; your very own Pub style retreat. The snug offers comfy seats, bench seating, dining table & wood burner.
A perfect spot to enjoy a wee dram, a good natter or a game of dominoes.
Coffee & Wine drinks station - ideally located next to the Snug. A perfect spot to pop the cork or indulge in your favourite warm drink. The luxury drinks station boasts a wine cooler; tea & coffee facilities, turbo hot water dispenser, drinks cabinet and sink area.
Laundry Room - our compact but perfectly formed laundry room offers a washing machine, dryer, hoover & cleaning equipment.
General -Comrie is powered solely on electric. Each rooms heating is powered efficiently and independently so that you may heat only where required. A log burner is located within the Snug to offer extra comfort.
Tea & Coffee making facilities are provided.
Dressing gowns are available for use during your stay.
Garden - Pink Cottage boasts a spacious and private garden with private patio, main garden patio, BBQ, Seating, Lawned area & laundry washing line.
Guest access
Guests access is through the main front door of the property.
Once inside our guests also have access to a private patio within the old ruin and garden with patio and seating area.
The main bedroom boasts bi-fold doors leading onto a private patio/garden. (garden 1)
The patio & garden can also be accessed via the Kitchen door.
The patio/garden is only accessed from inside the property (no external access is available)
Garden 1 also provides access to a BBQ
Garden 2,3 & 4 are currently being renovated and access to these areas is not currently permitted.
Other things to note
We recommend that guests refer to the floor plan before booking.
Families with children may wish to consider that the bedrooms are located at either end of the property.
The qwerky configuration of bedroom 2 (open staircase) makes it unsuitable for small children requiring safety gates.
Groups with 4 adults may wish to draw straws on who gets the main bedroom prior to arrival. Both bedrooms offer quality accommodation albeit the main bedroom is particularly striking.
Whilst we encourage all our guests to have a fabulous stay with us, we are not a "party house" and as such we ask that all guests respect the privacy of our neighbours.
Smoking/Vaping - is only permitted outside, at the rear of the property (smoking is not permitted at the kitchen door exit out of respect for our neighbours)
Your furry friends are not permitted in the carpeted areas of the property (twin bedroom & stairs)
Parking - Street parking is usually available; directly outside the property. Alternative road parking is available.
