This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Comfort project is an Indo–Portuguese themed house. Its interior can be described as a combination of traditional hand crafted antique style furniture with Colonial Portuguese photo frames painting unevenly mounted on white colored walls.
Apartment is close to famous beaches, restaurants & Siolim fish market. A perfect crash pad for touristing in North Goa. It is suitable for a quiet environment seeking person, family friends with kids and for like-minded guests.

- Two bedrooms having luxurious King size beds with SLEEPWELL brand mattress and PEPS brand pillows, Duvets and a closet in bedroom for storage of your clothes. The bathrooms have towels & toiletries.

- An inverter which will power the fans, basic lights and charging points in case of a power outage.
- The apartment also has clothes drying stand and an iron with ironing board.

- HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Housekeeping includes cleaning of the apartment once a day. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request after every 3 nights.
- POWER SUPPLY
• Please note that apartment is located in a residential complex and not in hotel . It is equipped with standard power supplied by local governing body just like in any village/town/city residential home of our country. Therefore there might be power failures/ load shedding in the neighborhood time to time. Host is not liable for refunds due to power failures of such kinds and only responsible for uninterpreted power supply from governing body to apartment. In the case of power failure, power backup facility ( Invertor ) is provided to support lights, fan, charging plug points which shall last for 3 hours depending on use. Please note that Geyser, AC, WIFI, washing and Oven is not included in power backup.
- WIFI
Wifi service is provided by external service provided just like any other household therefore there are chances of interruption due to technical reasons . Host shall coordinate with agency but cannot guarantee resuming of service as per guests demand. Wifi is not connected to invertor plug therefore incase of power failure wifi shall be not workable.

Siolim is situated about 7 km (4.3 mi) from Mapusa. It is located around Chapora River.
To Siolim's north lies the quiet village of Oxel; green hillocks hedge it towards Assagao in the south and the east. Camurlim too lies to its east, and in the west flows the Chapora river with Morjim and its pine-wooded beach on the northern bank in Pernem. Also located around us are a number of local and specialty restaurants which serve up some mouth watering delectable. Groceries can be found in a 5 min walking distance while basic provisions will be available at our property itself at cost price. You will be amazed by the views of the Siolim Chapora river which runs through Siolim. We have easy access to a wine store which is conveniently located in a walking distance.
