The space
This 2 bedroom condo features the following;
- Master bedroom has a sofa/bed that fits 1 comfortably with a private balcony. It also has the space for the queen-sized floor mattress.
- Bedroom 2 has a single size bed (fits 1) and a floor mattress (fits 1). One (1) gaming computer is also placed inside.
- Each bedroom is fully airconditioned
- Spacious living room four (4) gaming computers
- Dual-ISP internet
- Playstation 5 with TV, Netflix & Youtube
- Kitchen appliances includes microwave, electric kettle, and a rice cooker.
- Dining and cooking utensils.

All registered guests will have access to;
Pool is available for guests every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with Php 200 fee per guest. Thursday is cleaning day. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are strictly for residents use only.

- Paid parking is available. The building has 5-level basement parking. (Please advise the host at least 2 days before arrival if you need a parking space)
The building admin offers a guest parking of P50 for the first 3 hrs, P20 per succeeding hour and P250 fixed overnight rate..

- Address and how to get here instructions will be given to you after booking confirmation
- Registered guests' names are submitted to the building admin and lobby reception desk for verification
- Paid parkings are available (please coordinate with the host for the reservation)
- Our space is self-check in. Open the key lock box using the code provided to you
- Inside the unit you will find our house rules and manuals. Kindly read carefully.
- Please find the Wifi password on the house manual
- TV and aircondition remote can be found at the bedside table

- Leave the keys inside the lock box. Use the 4 digit code given to you prior to check in

- Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of Php 1,000.00.
