It's a little piece of paradise.
Ideal for its location, close to many popular sites of Corrèze, Périgord and Lot regions
We are between the castles of Roufillac, Fenelon and Cieurac.
The most beautiful sites of the region also await you as Sarlat, Belves, Rocamadour, Carennac, Domme, Collonge, Beynac, Turenne, St Cirq the Popie etc .. without forgetting the numerous caves and Chateaux! (Lacave, Cougnac, Commarque, Castelnau ..) See photos!
The village is at the top of the hill and is really nice. You can walk there through the woods.
The D12 or now Route de Gourdon at the edge allows you to move easily and will take you to the nearby river Dordogne where you can rent canoes and paddle to Beynac by La Roque Gageac (Beautiful castles on the way), or even tan on one of these beaches.
There is also a very nice lake nearby with a beach.
Many activities such as paragliding, speleology, water park, horseback riding, zoo, theme parks, hooked branches etc ...
Some nice restaurants nearby like, Le Chastrusse, the 7 Sources with its lake and its beach, the Escapade, farm inn etc ..
If you like walking or cycling, there are several marked trails in the area including the "greenway" that will take you to Sarlat from Rouffillac. Count 1:30 min.
