Stylish, Luxury, Spacious home w/ over 1600 sqft, perfect 4 group trips, family vacations or just a cozy getaway. New home updates w/ brand new furniture, hardwood floors, granite kitchen countertops w/ new cabinets, bath updates, fresh paint. Tons 2 do w/in close proximity. Only miles from Yorktown & Buckroe Beach. 2 miles from B.G, Water Country & Great Wolf Lodge w/many restaurants bars & shopping centers. Close to Outlet, Colonial W.B, William & Mary College, Go Karts Plus & 45 min from VB.

The space
The home is stylish, upscale and perfect for everyone, it has large flat screen TV’s in each room including the downstairs living room. The home has WiFi and basic cable with Netflix options if you have a Netflix account. There’s outdoor patio furniture out back with a electric grill in the outdoor shed closet. No other grills permitted. There’s a total of 6 beds in the home. If you desire the extra bed, please look in the bedroom closet upstairs. You will find a twin size folding bed with linen and pillows. The living room has two fold out bed sleepers, queen & twin, total 6 beds in home.
Bedding for that is in a blue ottoman in the living room.

Guest access
All areas of the home are available for use except the downstairs living room coat closet which should be locked with the cleaning products which only our cleaning staff has access to. You will not have access to exiting out the backyard gate. The gate stays locked but you have full use of the entire backyard.

Other things to note
There is a bulletin board in the kitchen next to the downstairs bathroom with many helpful tips. There is also a book on the countertop with guest check in and checkout instructions. Please maintain being courteous to our neighbors and please only park in the assigned parking spaces which are the 2 end unit parking spaces in front of the home. Please do not sit in the neighbors lawn chair in the front yard. There is an electric grill in the back outside shed/closet. Please keep that door unlocked. Do not lock the outside shed door. Trailers are not allowed to be parked in the community, any trailer parked within the community will be towed
No Exceptions : $2500 Violation Fee
for having a Party, Smoking & bringing pets.
Prohibited 🚫No Firearms, Parties, Smoking inside the home and bringing Pets of any kind !! Quiet Time 11:00PM: No outside disturbances of any kind, no music, gatherings or loud conversations. Please respect the neighbors.

There are 2 free parking spaces with each unit right in front of the door, but there are several visitor parks, parking in unassigned space could result in towing.
