Welcome to a peaceful retreat in Saint-Louis, just minutes from Basel, EuroAirport, and public transport.

Set on the garden level of our private family property, this cozy studio offers a tranquil and secure stay. While the studio doesn’t include a full kitchen, it is fully equipped for light meals with a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, mini-fridge, and basic tableware.

The space
This is a 🚭 non-smoking accommodation on a non-smoking, fully fenced-in property. For guests who smoke, a designated smoking area is available in front of the property.

The studio features its own private entrance, ensuring complete privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

ENTRANCE:
☕️Inside, you'll find a breakfast table with a chair, perfect for starting your day. While the studio does not have a full kitchen, we’ve equipped it with essential appliances, including a mini fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and basic tableware (plates, cutlery, etc.) stored in the cabinet above the coffee machine. A small complimentary selection of Nespresso coffee and tea is available in our coffee & tea corner.

BATHROOM:
🚿The bathroom is well-lit, featuring a window that opens for easy ventilation. It includes a comfortable shower, toilet, and modern vanity unit with a mirror ring-light. A 2-in-1 room and towel heater, hair dryer, laundry basket, and stool complete the space. We also provide complimentary sensitive-skin shower gel and shampoo dispensers, as well as both large and small towels and a washcloth for each guest.

BEDROOM:
🛌In the bedroom, you’ll find two comfortable single beds, each with its own nightstand, lamp, and reading light. The beds can easily be arranged together for added flexibility. Plenty of outlets next to the beds ensure convenient charging, and extra pillows and blankets are stored in the drawers below each bed for your comfort.

A spacious desk with chair and Smart TV (which also functions as a secondary display) provide ample space for both work and relaxation. Several outlets below the desk make sure your devices stay charged and ready to use.

🛜Our high-speed WiFi, powered by fiber-optic connectivity, is evenly distributed throughout the property. If you need any assistance or have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

🔒 For the safety of all our guests, please note that the exterior areas of the entire property are under video surveillance.

Please note that the studio does not include a washing machine. However, there are several laundromats nearby for your convenience. Feel free to ask us for recommendations.

🔑 Loss of the House Key: For security reasons, if the house key is lost, we require the replacement of the cylinder in the entrance door lock. The fee for this lock replacement is €250.00.
