Cocon Nature Montpellier ® (@lecoconnature) is a superb 5-star suite of 43 m2 that we have entirely designed and built. We designed it to bring you the maximum well-being with its 30 m2 outdoor terrace, 5-seater hot tub and traditional sauna.

The space
The apartment is air-conditioned and located on the ground floor of our house. It has an independent entrance.
A large bay window leads onto the wooden terrace, which features garden furniture, a dining area, an outdoor shower, a genuine 5-person hot tub with 76 jets, and a traditional sauna, all fully integrated and custom-built.
For your comfort, these facilities are reserved for you, and you can use them without restriction, 24 hours a day, in both summer and winter. No additional guests are allowed; you must book for the number of guests indicated, and only you may use the accommodation. For any guest request, please contact us in advance, access with extra charge is possible under certain conditions. The maximum occupancy for this listing remains 4 guests, including invited guests.
To ensure your privacy, the terrace is not overlooked from the house or the street. Two windows in the house open onto the terrace, but one remains closed with a shutter throughout your stay, and the other is obscured.
The spa and sauna area can be accessed even when it rains, thanks to a custom-made waterproof tarp (except in heavy rain).
For stays longer than two days, we will come by to check the water quality in the hot tub (we will schedule a time together).
The bedroom features a 160 x 200 double bed, as well as a closet and access to the bathroom, which has a lovely walk-in shower and a double sink. We also offer romantic decor ♥ upon request (see photos) for an additional fee.
The toilet is separate and also has a sink and a mirror.
The solid oak kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, fridge with a real freezer compartment, coffee maker (Senseo), etc., as well as the necessary dishes. Basic condiments are provided. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
In the living room, there is a high-quality sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people (maximum capacity: 4 people) thanks to its 160 x 190 mattress.
You will also have high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and outdoors.
All amenities are within walking distance (Netto 200 m away, Carrefour Market 500 m away, Picard 500 m away, pizzeria 200 m away, etc.).

Coffee maker => Senseo. Welcome pods.
Linens provided => bed linens, bath towels, bath mats, dish towels, as well as bathrobes in winter and futas in summer.
A parking space => is reserved for you outdoors on the street, right in front of the perimeter of our house.
Guests => ask us (surcharge). The maximum capacity, including guests, remains 4 people.
Rain => a tarp stretched over the hot tub helps limit the impact of rain, allowing you to enjoy it at any time.

- You have the entire apartment to yourself, and it has a separate entrance. The facilities (spa, sauna, indoor courtyard, etc.) available to the guest are also entirely for your use, so you can enjoy them without restriction, while respecting quiet hours after 10 p.m.
- PROMPTS ARE NOT ALLOWED (UNLESS REQUESTED PRIOR AND EXTRA CHARGE)! You are booking for yourself, and only you have access to the accommodation and to the spa and sauna facilities. The maximum occupancy for this listing is 4 people, including guests.
- This place is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (steps to enter the accommodation, step to the terrace, doors not compliant with disabled standards).

NO OTHER PERSONS OUTSIDE OF THE BOOKED GUESTS ARE ENTITLED TO ENTER THE ACCOMMODATION AND ENJOY THE FACILITIES (Unless previously agreed: possibility of additional charge for guests, contact us in advance). WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO STOP THE RENTAL IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE REGISTERED ON THE RESERVATION.
