Cocon Nature Montpellier ® (@lecoconnature) is a superb 5-star suite of 43 m2 that we have entirely designed and built. We designed it to bring you the maximum well-being with its 30 m2 outdoor terrace, 5-seater hot tub and traditional sauna.

It is located at:

-> 15 min from the center of Montpellier by tram / 5-10 min Comédie parking by car
-> 10 min walk to the center of Castelnau-le-Lez
-> 15 min to the beaches by car

The space
The apartment is air-conditioned and is on the ground floor of our house. It has a separate entrance.

A large bay window leads to the wooden terrace with garden furniture, dining area, outdoor shower, a real 5-seater 76-jet spa and a fully integrated and custom-made traditional sauna.

For your comfort, these facilities are reserved for you, you have unlimited access to them in summer and winter 24 hours a day. Guests are not allowed, you book for the number of guests indicated and only you can benefit from it. For any guest requests, please contact us in advance, access with a surcharge is possible under certain conditions.

To preserve your privacy, there is no one opposite on the terrace from the house or the street. Two windows in the house overlook the terrace but one remains closed with a shutter throughout your stay and the other is blurred.

The spa and sauna area are accessible even when it rains thanks to a custom-made waterproof canvas (except heavy rain).

For stays longer than two days, we will stop by to manage the quality of the spa water (time slot that we determine together).

The bedroom offers a 160 x 200 double bed, as well as a wardrobe and access to the bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower and double sinks. We also offer romantic decoration ♥ on request (see photos) with an extra charge.

The toilets are separate and also have a sink and mirror.

The solid oak kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3-burner induction stove, fridge with a real freezer part, coffee maker (Senseo) etc... as well as the necessary dishes. Basic condiments are provided. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.

In the living room is a quality sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people (max capacity 4 people) thanks to its 160 x 190 mattress.

High-speed Wi-Fi is also available throughout the property and outdoors.

All amenities are within walking distance (Netto 200 m, Carrefour Market 500 m, Picard 500 m, Pizzeria 200 m etc...).

Feel free to ask us for baby equipment.
