Located on the captivating island of Vieques, just 1.5 blocks from pristine beaches, top restaurants, and music. Take it easy after a long day in the sun, or have a night out dancing the night away, all within walking distance. 1 Night stays are available on most days.

We’ve created a space designed for relaxation, comfort, and ease of stay. To keep the vibe consistent and stress free for everyone, please note:

👥 Adults Only (18+): No children allowed. Coco Loco is designed for adult travelers seeking a calm and relaxing getaway.

🛏️ Max Occupancy 2: Each unit is limited to its posted maximum (2 adults). No extra visitors are allowed. This ensures privacy and comfort for all guests.

🤫 Quiet Hours 10pm–6am: Out of respect for other guests, many of whom have early ferries or flights.

🏊 Pool Hours 7am–7pm: Please enjoy responsibly.

🚭 No Pets / No Smoking: To keep the property clean and allergy friendly.

🧳 Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: In rare cases, an early check in (12pm or later) or late check out (1pm or before) may be available for an additional $50 service fee. Inquire and we will let you know if available.

Guest access
The property features two front gates for convenient 24-hour access. The Studio has a private entry downstairs to the right of the home, behind the stairs there is a walkway that is well lit with easy access leading directly to your front door. Entry is keyless, and a backup key is available inside the unit.

Guests may not drop off luggage outside of check-in/check-out times. We cannot hold or store bags before check-in or after check-out.

Other things to note
In 2023, I visited Coco Loco as a guest and it just so happened to be for sale! So, I sold everything in Florida, left the corporate world behind, and took a leap of faith to live a simple island life. No regrets!

Coco Loco is made up of 5 unique apartments, including the owner's unit (mine). You will have someone close by to help out if anything is needed which is great peace of mind on a small island.
