Welcome to your home away from home!
We currently live in Canada, so we are renting out our fully furnished 25-square-meter studio penthouse, located in the heart of Commonwealth and Batasan Hills. It’s ideal for 2 adults and 1 child, featuring a queen-size bed and a cozy 2-seater sofa in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and dining wares for your convenience, and the bathroom comes with complimentary toiletries. Guests also enjoy free access to the condo amenities. ♡
The space
The unit is located on the 17th floor. This is a home, not a hotel, which is cared for by our senior parents since we live overseas. They will always go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and homey as possible. If there is anything you need, please don't hesitate to ask.
Guest access
You will require an authorization letter from us before checking in. Please provide us with the guest's full name, as this will be needed for the letter.
All vehicles will be checked for an Airbnb confirmation of the stay, which takes about 5–10 minutes, depending on traffic. After that, the staff will provide a car pass and call the lobby to confirm your stay.
Once you have the car pass, you can access the premises and make your way to Quezon South Tower to register.
You have access to the condo's amenities. When you register at the recreation center for a schedule, bring the authorization letter.

* Bar-sized fridge
* Cooking Stove (hot-plate)
* Electric kettle
* Microwave
* Rice Cooker
* Plates, glasses, cutleries, bowls, coffee
cups and more
✔ We will charge a late checkout fee of PHP 100 per hour for late check-out. There is a 15-minute grace period; otherwise, a late fee will apply. We thank you for your understanding.
✔ Kindly make sure the apartment is tidy after your visit. We may need to pay an additional cleaning fee if the apartment is discovered to be EXTREMELY messy and untidy after you leave. We appreciate your consideration and understanding.
✔ There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance from the gate. You can also order from Grab Food and have it delivered to the lobby.
✔ AIRPORT TRANSFER (48-hour advance notice)
*We offer airport service for Php 2,100 each way. It's a Toyota Innova, good for 4 people and mid-size luggage. Advance payment through G-Cash is required.
