just restored with body and soul in every part to give our guests elegance, cleanliness and comfort. Located 50 meters from the central Corso Vittorio Emanuele and the Cathedral of Palermo, you will find, in the house and in the surroundings, everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing vacation!

The space
The loft consists of a single, bright space, with a sofa on the lower level (which can be converted into two 90 cm × 200 cm single beds) and a mezzanine with a queen-size bed above.
It is possible to provide a crib to be placed on the lower floor.
There is a video projector with a 100-inch motorized screen, and, going up to the loft, you can relax on a hammock, comfortably suspended in midair, while reading a book.
In the kitchen, you will find a fridge, an induction cooktop, and a microwave oven/grill at your complete disposal, plus all the fantastic dishes you need.
The apartment is located on the perimeter of the Limited Traffic Zone, active from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm but, with my advice, it will be possible to get to 50 meters from the apartment, without having to buy the daily pass.
If you wish, however, I can activate the ZTL pass for you, in case the rental company does not provide it.
