Welcome to Cobbler's Rest, Nestled in Mt Pleasant township, Barossa Valley, the whole group or romantic couple, will be comfortable in this spacious and unique home. Totness Inn Hotel next door, and 30 min from many local tourism centers including Mannum, Mt Barker, Tanunda, Lyndoch, Hahndorf.
Enjoy a shiraz by the fire, relax with a Riesling in the spa, cook up a storm in the generous kitchen, or chill by the BBQ with a gin from a local distillery. This hidden country gem has plenty to offer.

The space
This beautifully presented Federation home was once the Cobblers residence and shop. 3.6 metre ceilings and reverse cycle air conditioning offer cool comfort in summer, plus combustion heater and electric blankets provide warmth in winter.

It contains 4 spacious bedrooms, multiple cooking facilities and flexible dining areas, a large backyard (totem tennis and bocce equipment is supplied) and indoor spa.

Please note, there are multiple mirrors in bedrooms and separate toilet to the bathroom: convenient for getting ready for attending that wedding!

If you prefer convenience, the beautifully renovated Totness Inn is within easy walking distance for lunch, dinner, beverages or take away.

ALLERGIES: We have a reed diffuser, please let us know if you have any sensitivity problems, and we will ensure early removal.

Guest access
All facilities and conveniences are included = the entire house, and remote access garage (we have a key box for your entry, code operated).

Access exceptions consist of a small secured garden shed in the backyard, and locked cleaning/linen supply cupboards within the laundry and kitchen.

2 car parking spaces in the secured garage, 1 parking space in the backyard (gated, lockable) and approximately 3 parking spaces adjacent the garage (gated, lockable) which could also accommodate a caravan or horse float, with close power available.
