Thoughtfully laid out for shared moments, with room for everyone to unwind, it’s well suited to family stays, trips with friends, or quiet romantic escapes.

Explore Kouchibouguac Nat'l Park (25 min), the Bouctouche Dunes (20 min), or stay in for BBQs, firepit sunsets, and the gentle rhythm of the tides.

The space
Your backyard is the beach, with a full-sized waterfront lot and ever-changing shoreline views year-round. The home includes three comfortable bedrooms plus a den with a queen pull-out, offering space and privacy for everyone.
Unwind in one of the sunrooms with a book, or gather for board games and shared meals. Shallow waters (approximately 4 feet deep) are ideal for wading—water shoes are optional. Tides shift throughout the day, revealing shells, rocks, and driftwood.
A small boat slide provides water access, and the calm shoreline is well suited to kayaking, fishing, and relaxed exploration. For safety and insurance reasons, only non-motorized watercraft are permitted. Water access is at guests’ own risk, and appropriate life jackets should be worn at all times.
Water note: The cottage uses a private well and water softener, which is common in coastal New Brunswick to protect plumbing and appliances. The water is safe and chlorine-free. You may notice a slightly different feel in the shower occasionally due to naturally occurring minerals and the softening process. Reverse osmosis–filtered drinking water is provided at the kitchen sink.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the home, beach, yard, and driveway. Sheds and the camper are reserved for owners’ use.

Other things to note
This is a peaceful, natural coastal setting, ideal for guests seeking quiet and time by the water. Shoreline and water levels change with the tides, and some outdoor areas remain natural rather than landscaped. Weather conditions can vary near the water.
Occasional outdoor maintenance (such as lawn care or mosquito control treatments) may take place during your stay. We do our best to schedule this between bookings, though timing can vary depending on weather. Any work is brief and limited to outdoor areas.
