Our spacious and newly remodeled 3,000 square foot cabin is the perfect weekend and vacation destination for families and groups looking to get together and enjoy the snow, sun or just to make memories together. Not only do we have some of the best views in Big Bear, but we can accommodate multiple families with plenty of space for everyone. We even provide two pack and plays and two high chairs for your little ones' comfort, as well as a hidden kids' nook under the stairs!
The home has 3 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, and 1 room with Queen over Queen bunks. The top level is an entertainer's dream with a massive deck, comfy seating, and 85 inch TV! The top level also has the open floor plan kitchen, dining area, and 2 bedrooms. The middle level has a bar, hangout area with fireplace, and 2 bedrooms. The lower level has an office area and the Queen over Queen bunk room and a bathroom. The ceilings upstairs are vaulted and the space truly feels like it's out of a magazine. You'll never want to leave!
Outside, you'll find a Traeger grill, seating, and a hot tub. The house has a massive deck with absolutely showstopping views of Big Bear lake and slopes. There is a huge game room where you can unleash the kids!
Situated on a quiet street, our large home offers multi-level living with high end finishes throughout. The house is about 15 minutes from Snow Summit and the Village. It is convenient to restaurants, shops, the airport, main roads, and of course, the slopes!
The home is stocked incredibly well; we have a minimum of two bed sets (per bed), numerous bath and beach towels for the jacuzzi, as well as hand and makeup towels. The kitchen is stocked with high quality appliances and everything you’d need to cook a full Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner. We provide soap, conditioner, and body wash in each shower. We don’t want you to have to bring anything but clothes and food, so you can pack minimally and let us handle the rest.
Parking:
There is plenty of driveway parking for 3 cars. ABSOLUTELY NO MORE THAN 3 CARS.
Top Level:
The top level features an open floor plan kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The views of the living room are truly stunning. The living room also has a gorgeous fireplace and 85 inch TV. The TV has Spectrum Cable with HD channels. We have lots of couch/seating space for the group to relax.
The Kitchen (Top Level):
Our brand new kitchen is large with a ton of counter space. Making large family dinners has never been more convenient. It has a stainless steel fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and a large sink with a garbage disposal.
The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, frying pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bake ware, can opener, corkscrew, cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, blender, a regular coffee pot and filters. We have plenty of dishes, plates and two drawers full of tableware to accommodate large groups. A spice rack and a full spice cabinet contain both common and unique spices for your cooking needs.
Pool Table/Bar Room:
We have a room specially dedicated to a gorgeous pool table and bar. It's outfitted with a beautiful fireplace to set the mood for an evening game, as well as lots of comfy seating.
Bedrooms:
The top floor has two king bedrooms and two bathrooms. The middle floor has one king and one queen bedroom. The bottom level has queen bunks.
The Game Room (Garage):
The most fun room of the house. Our game room is the hot spot of the home! We’ve got games for the whole family. Enjoy shuffle board, skeeball, basketball, Packman, Foosball, and more!
Secret Kid Area:
There's a hidden kid area underneath the stair case. The little ones can let their imaginations run wild with toys and cozy seating in their own secret play area.
Outdoor Spaces:
There are two decks, one off the upper level and one of the middle level. Enjoy the Traeger Grill, jacuzzi, and views while you take in that crisp mountain air!
Outdoor Cameras:
We have an outdoor camera to watch the home when no one is there. It is facing the driveway only and cannot see into any private areas.

At all times please ensure you have the correct tire chains for your vehicle and know how to properly install them. Often Big Bear streets will require these to access the house. This is also a Big Bear County Rule.
We provide a Nema 14-50 Plug for your EV, just bring your charging cables.

No Outdoor Noise After 9pm
Guests are held liable for complaints and fines from the city and will be asked to leave the property immediately if a complaint has been filed with the county.
