We use a dry cleaning company for the house and they work absolutely amazingly. They offer both pick-up and delivery, so they can collect your dry cleaning laundry directly from the house for dry cleaning and then deliver it back once it’s done.
Please be aware that external cleaning services are not permitted on the property. Our own in-house housekeeping team cleans daily to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and organisation.

Looking for a babysitter for infants or children. We work with a highly professional babysitter who’s available at an additional cost. Alternatively, cash payment is also acceptable. She’s exceptional with infants and truly excels at caring for little ones. Additional payment can be made on Airbnb through the host also.
👩🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and double oven. You’ll find filtered and tap water, a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, coffee beans, an air fryer and a double toaster. A complete set of knives forks pots and pans is included along with a bar fridge a full-size fridge and freezer.

1. Stress-Free Stay
We are committed to providing a seamless and comfortable experience. The property is fully equipped with kitchen essentials, linens, towels, and toiletries for your convenience.
2. Housekeeping Tips
If you are happy with the service provided by our housekeeping team, a gratuity after check-out is always appreciated. Alternatively, a payment request can be arranged through Airbnb.
3. Patio Glass Door
Please use care when operating the patio glass door. If you require assistance, our host or housekeeper will be happy to show you the correct operation.
4. Pool Umbrellas
For safety reasons, please close all pool umbrellas in the evening or whenever they are not in use, especially during windy conditions.
5. House Keys
You will receive two house keys during your stay. Please keep them secure. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of R2,000.
6. Kitchen Counter Safety
For safety reasons, children must not climb, sit, or jump on kitchen counters, furniture, or other elevated surfaces. Any damage resulting from misuse may be charged accordingly.
7. TV Remotes
Families with young children are encouraged to keep TV remotes and other electronic devices out of reach to prevent accidental damage.
8. Garage & Vehicle Information
For security purposes, the garage door must remain closed at all times when not in use. Please note that large vehicles may not fit inside the garage.
9. Pool Safety
* The pool is protected by a safety net, pool cover, and safety gate.
* The main bedroom has direct access to the pool area; guests are encouraged to keep the door closed when children are present.
* This is an infinity pool with varying depths, including a shallow standing area and a deeper section.
* Diving is strictly prohibited.
* Children must be supervised around the pool area at all times.
10. On-Site Spa
Our on-site beauty spa is available for guests at an additional charge. Treatments can be booked during your stay and your host will provide further information at check-in.
