Downstairs (Level 1)

- Game Room: Get ready for entertainment in our garage/game room, featuring a popcorn machine, dartboard, foosball table, TV, mini-fridge, karaoke machine, and ski racks—perfect for après-ski relaxation.

- Laundry Room: Convenient laundry facilities include a large washing machine and dryer with detergent and bounce sheets provided.

- Guestroom 1: Relax in a serene guestroom with a king-size bed, stunning views, sound machine, and thoughtful touches for your comfort.

- Bathroom 1: The full bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity, and stocked towels for your convenience.

- Upstairs (Level 2)
Guestroom 2: This bright room features two twin beds, ideal for kids or extra guests, along with beautiful views and a sound machine.

- Guestroom 3 (Primary Bedroom): Enjoy a spacious primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private deck to soak in the stunning surroundings. A walk-through closet provides ample storage.

- Bathroom 2: Accessible from the main living area and Guestroom 3, this bathroom offers a walk-in shower and convenient amenities.

- Dining Area: Gather around the dining table that seats 7, plus 2 barstools at the kitchen island for casual meals.

- Living Area 2: Unwind in the second cozy living area, featuring a couch for 5 and a big screen TV for movie nights.

- Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials, a large island, and barstools for casual dining.

- Deck: Relax on the expansive front deck with seating for 4, a pellet heater, and pellet BBQ for outdoor cooking.

Additional Information:

- Pet-Friendly: We welcome pets for a $75 fee. Pets must be supervised at all times due to the wildlife and steep cliffs around the property.

- Road Access: The road to the Cliff House (Granite Ridge Rd.) is gravel with a steep driveway. In winter, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended for safe access. Ample parking for up to 3 cars is available.

- Train Noise: Sandpoint is known for its trains; you may hear train whistles from the valley below. Many guests quickly adapt to the sound, but white noise machines and earplugs are available for a peaceful night's sleep.

Guest access
The driveway is shared with another vacation rental, the Lookout Tower, situated above the property. While the homes are not visible from one another due to the cliff's elevation, you may occasionally spot cars passing by
