Whether you're here to exhale completely, explore the wild Mendocino coast, or gather with people you love, this place was made for exactly that.

🛁 THE INTERIORS
Step inside and you'll instantly understand what makes this place special. The main living area features an open-plan kitchen and living room filled with natural light from skylights and French doors, warmed by a cozy wood-burning stove set against a stunning blue-gold stone surround. The kitchen is a chef's dream: a dramatic center island with gas cooktop, blue-grey cabinetry, luxurious marble counters, and a striking blue stone backsplash you'll want to stare at over your morning coffee.
The bathrooms are a genuine highlight - genuinely spa-like, with a freestanding 8-foot soaking tub, mosaic penny-tile walls in blue and gold, and a spacious walk-in shower. We've also added smart bidet toilets (think: the full Toto experience - heated seat, warm rinse, the works). Because you deserve it.
The private studio unit has its own full kitchen, wood stove, soaking tub, and bathroom - a romantic hideaway with its own entrance.

🌊 THE LOCATION
The beach is just a short walk from your door - sandy shores, crashing waves, and the vast Pacific stretch out ahead of you at the nearby Ten Mile Dunes and Inglenook Fen Preserve (a "No Dogs" preserve, FYI - leash laws apply on nearby trails). Sunsets from the dunes are truly unforgettable.
Mendocino village - with its incredible dining, galleries, boutiques, and historic charm - is just 15–20 minutes south. Grocery stores, farm stands, Noyo Harbor's fresh seafood restaurants, and local breweries are minutes away in Fort Bragg.

🐾 PET POLICY
We love animals and welcome your pets (with an additional pet fee). Please keep furry friends off the furniture and supervise them outdoors - we're in true wilderness, and the property borders open nature. Note that some nearby coastal trails and preserves have leash requirements or no-dog rules; always check trail signage.
─────────────────────────
🌿 A NOTE ABOUT NATURE
We are set in beautiful Northern California wilderness - which means you are surrounded by living nature. Occasionally, ants or other small insects may find their way in, especially if windows are left open. This is not unusual for the region; we do our best to keep things tidy, and we ask guests to keep doors and windows closed when not in use. Embrace the wild - it's part of what makes this place extraordinary. You will often hear local farm animals (roosters, dogs) and may even get a visit from deer and other wildlife. Please do not interact with the animals.
