This 2-BR 2-bath condo is located in a private community, walking distance to Ocotal & Coco beaches. At low tide you can find natural pools in the sea formed by rocks or enjoy island hopping and snorkeling during the day. The condo is at 3rd floor w/ breathtaking mountain view & access to Serena Suites community pool. There are multiple grocery stores nearby to choose from as well as plenty of restaurants in downtown Coco. Liberia International Airport is 13 miles or roughly 40 mins drive.

The space
Condo is at 3rd floor accessible via stairs. The unit has cathedral ceilings and equipped with A/C with ceiling fans in all rooms.

Our amenities includes: Luxurious style pillow top bed with premium down alternative comforter; a fully equipped kitchen for those who like to prepare their own meals, everything you need is provided: stove, oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots & pans, plates, silverware and more; couch; dining table; closet; washer/dryer for doing your own laundry; bathroom with hot water; electric fan; black out curtains; Wi-Fi & Smart TV for those who want to use Netflix, apps or browse the internet on the TV.

Smoking is allowed ONLY outside. Be sure to close all the window and sliding doors.

Serena Suites is a peaceful gated compound. As you exit the gate, turning left, and head out to downtown Coco and towards Playas del Coco (Coco Beach), you will experience a rural local community with small stores, homes with food stands that come alive at night, a community church, school, grocery stores, restaurants, different types of shops. You will pass by a number of fruits/vegetable stands on your way to downtown or Coco Beach. It is a quieter vibe if you turn right upon exiting the gate, to head towards Ocotal Beach / Father Roosters. We have seen horses, cows, monkey, squirrels, iguana, and colorful birds, during our morning walks to Ocotal Beach. There are a couple of fitness centers that require membership/payment around downtown Coco and on the way to Ocotal Beach.
