Newly constructed post and beam with fireplace, wood burning sauna, and a hot tub on 80 acres of land. Just 20 mins from Catamount Ski Resort! Enjoy a quiet getaway in the mountains featuring your own pond (boat/fish), mountain view on hiking trails, and friendly chickens. Host an outdoor campfire or just sit and relax in a hammock listening to mystical songs of birds with sightings of deer & bunnies. Featuring a self-playing piano and a cozy couch to watch a movie on a large projector screen.

The space
This barn-to-home conversion was recently constructed using all pine and wooden pegs. It is insulated from the outside making it wonderfully temperature controlled with zero draft and can be heated and cooled instantaneously using split pump cooling on both floors and radiant 1st floor heating. This 1,200 sq. ft. open-concept floor plan is a perfect combination to give you a spacious yet cozy feel for your vacation getaway.

Craryville is located 15 minutes west of the vibrant riverside city of Hudson, with over 15 fine-dining restaurants, many art galleries, a few bars, and dog-friendly parks. Local attractions: the Olana state historic site once home of landscape painter Frederic Edwin Church. Skiing is only 20 minutes away at Catamount mountain resort. 30 minutes east you can visit the city of Great Barrington mass home of the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center for world-class entertainment and in a restored historic theatre.
