This well appointed apt has absolutely all you need for weekend getaway, a weeklong stay or use as an extended stay apartment ! Ask for our monthly rates ! $2600-$3600.

This is a walk in basement apt located on the 1st fl of “stay in Lyme” house. You have your own private entrance accessed down stone garden steps, double sliding glass doors, incl. luxury bathroom with high end German stainless steel appliances, DW, microwave oven and induction electric stove. Firepit, garden and private lawn.

The space
This is the first floor, garden floor of a 3 story house. You are renting the first floor with the potential of guests occupying the top floors. You are only sharing driveway parking space. This is a private apartment and not a shared space.

Guest access
The entire apartment is yours. There are 5 rooms- bathroom, living room with sofa bed, a king bed, and kitchen. This is a garden apartment so you need to be able to walk down stone steps to the backyard.

The 2nd and 3rd floor upstairs is for private guests renting on the 2nd and 3rd floor.

Other things to note
This is not appropriate for children under 5 years old.
