*Private Boat Dock and Slip: Take advantage of the dedicated boat slip (9 ft x 22 ft) at the community dock, perfect for boating enthusiasts looking to explore Lake Cypress Springs.
*Outdoor Amenities: The cabin features a spacious deck with a BBQ grill, a hammock for relaxing, and a firepit for cozy evenings. Enjoy these outdoor spaces to the fullest, whether it's for dining, lounging, or stargazing.

Other things to note
- No trailers, RVs, tents, fireworks or open fires (other than the fire pit). Also, no fish cleaning on site. Please keep noise levels at a volume that does not disturb others.
- Park only two (2) cars in the driveway to protect buried septic lines and protect driveway conditions.
- The property is on a septic system, which is effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper, including feminine products.
- Avoid overloading the septic system by taking short showers and spacing out water usage (not using dishwasher and washing machine) at the same time.
- There is no disposal in the kitchen sink, please throw solids away in the trash.
- We have 2 Ring Floodlight Security Cameras on property. One is outside the house looking out towards the parking lot. The other is outside the house looking at the front door and deck. There are no cameras inside the property. The purpose of the cameras is to provide security to our guests and their belongings as well as protect the property according to Airbnb's policies for large parties.
