Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
King and Queen beds with Egyptian Cotton Linen. This colourful cool Cape Woolamai beach house set in a very private large luscious garden is between a surf beach 2 min drive to the left and a safe swimming beach 2 mins walking to the right. Retro 60's feel, original artwork and furniture. Ideal for couples or small families. Fireplace and plenty of firewood. All linen provided. Dog beach meters away. Monitored for CO2, smoke, temp and decibels. Security Cam in driveway.

The space
We have really taken care to make this little house an experience with original artwork, Elvis Posters, incredible full kitchen amenities, cool retro furniture, huge private beautiful yard and above all a great King and a Queen bed with new 500 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and pillows that you simply sink into at the end of the day. Plush towels provided. NBN wifi, huge deck, 65 Inch Oled, sign into to stream your faves.

You have access to the entire bottom floor of the house and the gardens. No access to the garage or mezzanines.

Neighborhood highlights

If you love the beach, then this is the place. We are on a peninsular with a world famous surf beach on one side and a great safety beach on the other. Both can do dog waking. Tree lined streets, one block from the State Nature Reserve. Penguin Parade, Koala Sanctuary not far away. Just up the road are great new places to eat including Woolie Tavern, Bang Bang for Asian fusion, fish and chips, burger joints, Kebabs, and a general store.

I'm from Melbourne Australia, married with two lovely boys and run a dancing school with my wife and produce movies including Oddball about a dog and Penguin - we have memorabilia from the film at the house proudly on display.
