The space
Totally renovated space that offers unlimited luxury in a historical building in the center of all the action downtown with floor to ceiling windows. From the loft you are walking distance to nearly everything Decorah has to offer. Attention to detail throughout the loft is evident! Wet bar with under counter lighting offers state of the art fridge with adjustable shelves and ability to hold all of your beverages and chilled items. Keurig coffee maker with different blends of coffee, regular and flavored creamer, sweetener and sugar in the raw. Ice bucket, crystal cut glassware, oversized stemless wine glasses and beer chalice's to enjoy a local craft brew. All table lamps offer USB ports for ease of charging your electronics. Smart TV offered with access to log on to your favorite apps - no local cable. Wireless Bose speaker to play your favorite tunes. Custom shades that allow for your personal level of privacy on the floor to ceiling windows. Brand new HVAC system in addition to an adjustable ceiling fan in each room.

Guest has access to stairwell from street to loft and full access to the loft.

Other things to note
Please note - this is a third floor loft with access only by climbing 39 steps from street level. The steps are well worth the luxury and view.
