Welcome to the Cityside Escape by Empire Estates! This large detached home is the perfect place for your next trip to Calgary. Freshly finished in 2022, this brand new home comes with tons of space. It has an attached garage for your vehicle and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfy stay.

Our home comes with a smartlock on the front door so you won’t have to worry about any keys. Easily check yourself in at anytime with the code we will provide on your arrival day. We’ve also made sure to fully stock our home to make sure you have everything you need during your stay.
This spacious home has 2 master bedrooms, each with their own private ensuites. The additional 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable during their stay. This home also comes with 2 living rooms, and 2 kitchens!!
Whether travelling with a large group or a couple friends, our home is the perfect place if you’re looking for a stress free stay from a professional hosting company. We look forward to hosting you!

Upon entering our home you will be greeted by the large entry way with lots of room to store shoes and jackets. The sliding closet door contains hangers and built in shoe racks so you’ll be able to neatly organize your groups belongings.
Immediately to the left you’ll see the grand stairway which leads to the upper level of our home. If you go directly straight in front from the entryway, you will walk down the hallway leading towards the spacious open concept layout of our main floor.
In the hallway towards the living room there is a very large console table which complements the space wonderfully. This table is perfect for storing any keys, bags or purses you may be carrying with you.

Down the hallway from the entryway is where you will find the half bathroom on the main level. This bathroom is located on the left hand side of the hallway just before entering the living room.

Step into our living room and be wowed at the contemporary open concept layout. The living area is right beside the kitchen and dining room, which allows for the entire space to seamlessly flow together making it a remarkable space to gather with friends and family.
We’ve furnished this area with two brand new leather couches that are as comfy as they are stylish. Sink into these couches and enjoy our 50” smart TV which comes with tons of streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, Amazon and more. Simply select an app on the remote, then log into your account to enjoy all your favourite movies and shows – just like you would in your own home!
This space comes with lots of throw pillows for your comfort, and homey décor to make it feel like a true home away from home. There’s also two nightshade lamps in the corners of the room, and adjustable blinds which allow for the perfect lighting at any time.

The table itself is classic, timeless, and provides ample room for a group of 6 to comfortably sit down to a home cooked meal together. Each chair also comes with a comfy cushion so you can sit down to a truly comforting meal.
For additional eating space with a larger group, the island along with 4 bar stools is directly beside the dining room, so no matter how large your group is, you can all sit down together!

To accent the bright white colours of this kitchen, we have a darker shade of brand new Samsung appliances. The large refrigerator has plenty of space, along with a water and ice dispenser on the door so you can enjoy a cold cup of water any time. The microwave is stacked on top of the oven and built directly into the wall with the cabinetry, a unique design that is as functional as it is stylish.
The gas stove top is a chef’s delight, and comes with 5 total burners. On top of the gas stove is a stainless-steel range hood for proper ventilation while cooking.

At the top of the stairs you’ll walk into the extremely spacious bonus room. This area is complete with a comfy sectional, a super comfy big red bean bag chair, and another 50” smart TV complete with tons of streaming apps.
We’ve left this space mostly wide open so you can feel free to enjoy the open room and play some games with your friends and family. To get you started, we’ve made sure to stock this room with the perfect game for a space this large – Twister!

The RIGHT SIDE of the driveway is all yours to park your vehicles. There is enough room to park 2 vehicles on the RIGHT SIDE of the driveway. The left side of the driveway is reserved for the basement tenants.

The basement of our home has a suite with tenants below. The basement suite has it’s own separate entrance so you will not have to interact with the tenants.
