The space

Studio-type unit Condominium in Mandaluyong near Ortigas Center 13sqm
▪️NO Balcony, NO Gym
▪️ The location is very easy to find and you won't get lost IF YOU SEARCH OUR LOCATION FIRST ON THE MAP before heading to the place.
▪️Our room is on the 5TH floor, facing EDSA MRT Track, so EXPECT minimal NOISE. Please DON'T book if you can't sleep and not used to bustling street noise.
▪️The room is accurate. What you see is what you get. But the BED SET WON'T BE THE SAME as the photos since we need to replace them every time we have guests including the curtain. And we also provide covers for our items inside the unit
▪️Shampoo and bath soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, refillable water are no longer included since Feb 2026 so we can retain the 2025 rental rate. You can buy them at the Alfamart convenience store on Ground Floor building entrance (opens 6am to 12mn)
▪️We don't include flat iron as amenities for free. If you need flat iron, please request in advance before your check in, with a Php100 charge. Our staff can't attend to you early morning or late night to provide the flat iron. Our staff paid time is from 1pm to 4pm only.
▪︎Self Check-In (instructions will be sent to your inbox) Late Check-in is always allowed. Just let us know the time. Late Check out will be allowed for an hour only at Php100. If you extend for more than an hour, you will pay another 1night rate.
